What are your plans for the future?

“At the moment we are running half data (5-tone Selcall) on our radios, which has served us well, but we keep growing and moving forward so in the next few months we will be adding data-heads to the cars so that we can take advantage of the full-data facilities in Taxi! Adding data-heads is obviously a substantial expense, but the combination of the new Tango data head (with built in GPS) and Taxi! looks unbeatable.”

“Speaking to some of CodedData’s other customers convinced me that the Taxi! package is continually growing. There seem to be new features being added all the time, and it was clear that CodedData are more than happy to listen to their customers ideas. I am quite chuffed that some of my own ideas have been incorporated into Taxi! and ended up as widely-used features - things like the Taxi! VIP system which ensures that regular customers get priority on their bookings.”

What changes have you noticed in the office?

“There is far less stress here now, before Taxi! was installed it was a nightmare to deal with peak times, but these days it‘s so simple! We have far more time to plan ahead so we don't overbook, and always know where our drivers are. We encourage our drivers to hunt for the jobs, which is something that could never be done without Taxi!”
