The PHM Exhibition in Sandown was last week, we were there to unveil RS Technologies new Delta datahead, every thing went without a glitch, and it was a great success.

CodedData have now installed the Taxi! booking/Dispatch software on a live site using the RS Delta Data Head using the IR2008 protocol.

This achieves several world firsts:-

•First live site in the world to fully utilise the IR2008 slot protocol.
•First live site in the world to use UltraSpeed data head technology.
•First live site in the world to implement QuadPacket signaling

Fully equipped with the latest release of the Taxi! system, Icom 510 radios, RS Delta Data Heads, Samsung DCS telephone system and Siemens TC35 Text messaging, the system provides the full range of features:-

• Text-A-Taxi Automated Text-Message Booking
• Telephone CallerID (‘ScreenPopping’)
• Dual-Mode Fully Automatic Job Dispatch
• Voice based Robot Dispatcher
• AutoPlotting and Moving Map display
• Automated Text/Voice Ringback
• Emergency location and covert listening

UltaraSpeed technology enables the data head to talk to the base at a data rate 8 times faster than standard old-technology data heads.
QuadPacket signaling allows the number of messages sent in a single data burst to be increased by up to 4 times.

You can see all of the new features in action at the upcoming Private Hire Monthly Taxi Exhibition, which takes place at Sandown Exhibition Centre(race course) on the Tuesday 16th and Weds 17th of October.

CodedData will be hosting a stand at the upcoming Private Hire Monthly Exhibition in Sandown Exhibition Centre. The show takes place on Tuesday the 16th and Wednesday the 17th of October 2003.
