I know the importance of controlling costs - with our old system we had to pay an exorbitant rent every month, it was going down the drain! We purchased our Taxi! license outright. That way we know exactly where we are, the prices can’t go up! and we have a maintenance & support deal that buys us peace of mind for next to nothing.

Why did you make the move to Taxi?

Although we are a small fleet we have a mix of vehicles, everything from private hire, luxury chauffer cars, even 28 seater buses, so we need a flexible system. Our old software supplier wasn’t up to the task, and it was costing a small fortune every month. When CodedData showed us what we could gain by using Taxi! it was an easy decision.

As soon as the phone goes, Taxi! fills in the booking screen for you - it only takes one key press to book the job. That means our office staff can spend more time being helpful and courteous to our customers.
