What about price, are you happy with what you’re paying for?

After our previous experience the one thing we wanted to avoid was risk, CodedData offered us a Rental plan, we can cancel at anytime, with no penalty, and after 6 months if we choose to buy we get half our rental knocked off the price. You can’t say fairer than that! Other Companies I know of are paying two or three times as much as we are, and aren't nearly as pleased with their system as we are with Taxi!”

What would you say to other companies looking for a system?

” Always make sure that you know who you’re buying from, ask to see demo sites and make sure that the system is working fully before committing to anything”

Damien Kenny made the decision to buy a computer booking system over a year ago, on the basis of his suppliers recommendation he bought expensive computer equipment but was seriously let down when the software he had ordered failed to materialise. You must have been untrusting towards any system supplier after what happened...

We’ve had the system six months now and its going really well, I’m impressed at how quickly we all picked it up.
We believe in keeping it simple and moving one step at a time, but its nice to know that our Taxi! system is capable of expansion without additional cost.
